(“Braille”) previously announced in news releases dated March 4, 2022 and April 5, 2022 (the “Proposed Transaction”).
Stria executed the definitive acquisition agreement with Braille on April 6, 2022. Terms of the executed agreement may be found in the news releases dated March 4 and April 5, 2022.
Closing of the Proposed Transaction is subject to a number of conditions including approval of the disinterested shareholders of Braille and final approval of the TSXV. Please see the news releases of March 4 and April 5, 2022 for further information.
